We currently seek a high calibre CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER to work on a major UNDERGROUND POWER LINE project that is currently been constructed. This is one of the largest and most prestigious infrastructure projects London has seen for many years. This is a permanent position with a salary of £75K.

The key areas of responsibility are reviewing and accepting construction method statements and temporary works, liaising with the Project Manager and Head of Construction, managing technical interfaces among the parties, coordinate with venue managers for interface elements related to tunnel issues, overhead line removal and facilitating rapid responses to technical queries.

Candidates must have experience in working on underground power line projects, overhead line removal, maintaining/managing industrial relationships, strong technical experience and understanding of British standards/regs, NEC Contracts, full knowledge of CDM regulations and experience of liaising with third parties. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
