This leading consultancy is looking for a Senior Resident Engineer to work on a flood relief scheme in Clonmel Co. Tipperary, Ireland. The project involves the construction of earthen embankments, reinforced concrete walls, sheet piled walls, storm water drainage pipes and pumping stations. The candidate should have more than 7 years experience in the supervision of Major civil engineering works. The candidate should have experience in all of the above but also have particular experience in traffic management, public liaison, dealing with landowners, keeping records and dealing with contractors and claims. Depending on experience the salary is negotiable. The position will be for a minimum of 2 years but could be extended by mutual agreement to 5 years.
