Our Clients Environment team is expanding to meet an increasing workload for a range of private sector clients in the UK and international markets.
The role will undertake a high quality consultancy service in the renewable energy sector (e.g. offshore windfarms, onshore wind farms, marine current turbines), where typical services are Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), scoping and feasibility studies, terrestrial survey, grid connection studies and consenting advice).
The candidate will also take part in projects at the water’s edge, for instance in ports, dredging and coastal management.
Making an active contribution to project work which can be expected to include, report writing, organisation of data collecting, undertaking data collecting and ecological survey work (within personal areas of specialism), data and literature review, development of monitoring programmes. Leading and assisting with proposal preparation With the Director of Advice Group, contribute to co-ordinated development of new business. Assisting in the implementation of marketing initiatives that deliver the overall business development plan.
