To provide Commercial and Quantity Surveying services and ensure that all contractual and financial entitlements are fulfilled.  This will include advising and assisting with sub-contract management, negotiating with Purchaser/Engineer, ensuring all contractual requirements are complied with, preparation of claims in liaison with Commercial Manager, assisting in the commercial management of contracts and the profitability of contracts and advising all staff on contractual matters, including assisting in production of sub-contract documents and negotiations.  You will also be required to supervise, co-ordinate and aid the development of Commercial and Quantity Surveying staff. Educated to Degree/BTech or equivalent, preferably in Quantity Surveying.  Member of (or studying towards) an appropriate recognised professional institution.  Building/Civil Engineering/Water background with an appreciation of M&E contracts.
