Parc urgently seek experienced Quantity Surveyors, preferably with some background in civil or water engineering projects, for new roles with their client on AMP4 projects UK wide.

 

Our client have grown from £65 million T/O in 2005 to £120 million T/O in 2008. They currently have a very strong order book for the forthcoming years and are known worldwide for our technical expertise. They need are sharp individuals to join their expanding business and to continue strengthen a reputation in the water industry that is second to none.

 

The successful candidates will provide Commercial and Quantity Surveying services and ensure that all contractual and financial entitlements are fulfilled. This will include advising and assisting with sub-contract management, negotiating with Purchaser / Engineer, preparation of claims in liaison with Commercial Manager, assisting in the commercial management of contracts and the profitability of contracts and advising all staff on contractual matters.

 

The candidates should have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience of M&E contractual arrangements an advantage.
