Surveyors are responsible for the full surveying functions of their projects, from commencement through to final account and are a key part of the site team liaising with the Contracts Manager.  Surveyors report directly to the Managing Surveyors & or Account Manager. Key requirement of this role is a good understanding of schedule of rates.  Responsible for - All subcontract procurement for the projects under his control. Preparation of monthly cost value comparisons. Preparation and presentation of interim valuations based on SOR`s. Valuation of variations based on SOR`s. Subcontract accounts and payments. Preparation and agreement of final accounts based on SOR`s. All aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental issues. Implementation of Quality Assurance Procedures.
