Description
Our client is a UK wide Consultancy business. They are looking to recruit a Principal Process Development Engineer to work within their Nuclear Process Team in Cheshire. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Process, and be responsible for a small team of supporting Engineers. The work centres on product development in the nuclear reprocessing sector, and the preparation of reasoned arguments for submissions to regulatory and authorising bodies in order to gain Letters of Compliance and acceptance of product for interim storage with ultimate disposal in a geological repository. You will lead a small team, which uses a multi-disciplinary approach to the assessment of feed data, with particular emphasis on the implications for product quality. Applicants should hold a Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, and have extensive nuclear experience, particularly during project definition and design phases, with a particular focus on product development and production of reasoned arguments. You must have strong analytical skills and a proven ability to interpret complex data to arrive at robust working assumptions.
Required Skills: Process, Civil Engineering
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors Degree Hons or equivalent
