Saudi. Responsible, on a day to day basis and under the direction of the Senior Subcontracts Administrator, for the control of the subcontracts allotted to him by his supervisor.  Must ensure that all work performed by subcontractors is in accordance with the programme requirements and is within budgeted cost allowed. Post contract administration of commercial and contractual aspects of the project. The issuing of change orders and agreeing the value of extra works. Certifying subcontractors monthly payments, claims and invoices. Attend weekly progress meetings with subcontractors and taking the minutes of these meetings. Close liaison with Senior Planning Engineer for compatibility of programmes and QS activities.
Reports to the Project Subcontracts Manager. Previous experience of the administration of major subcontracts in a Middle East environment.  Contractor position based in Saudi Arabia. Applications to Paul Duffy - paul.duffy@anglo.com
