AMEC are recruiting for a HVAC Engineer to be based in Thatcham, United Kingdom for a permanent/ongoing contract role with a competitive hourly rate.

Overview of Role Design or Engineering substantiation of HVAC and Building Service systems. Design sudies, optioneering, scheme and detail design.

As a HVAC Engineer, your main responsibilities will be to prepare design basis documents, ventilation flow sheets, calculations, equipment/ductwork sizing. Contaiment systems Building ventilation Specification writing Engineering Sustantiation Knowledge of nuclear standards.

Essential Qualifications HNC/HND or Degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering Discipline, Plant Engineering or Building Services .

Desirable Qualifications Possibly associate or full membership of an appropriate institute.

Security Clearance Required SC
