Key Objectives
The principal function of this position is to design the ICA components of any given project. The principal duties will be:
to design and write ICA specification
to design and write equipment & instrument schedules
to design and write control philosophy & FDS
to design and specify process interfaces
to assist with the senior mechanical / electrical / process engineers
to design and write the ladder logic & integrate control philosophy

The priorities of this role include:

Relationship management is a requirement in this role
The person will be directly responsible to the senior engineer in various roles
A strong team player is vital to ensure smooth integration of skills and delivery of project

The ideal candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge.
Knowledge of nuclear industry design procedures & protocols
Knowledge of mechanical design principles
Knowledge of control system design
Knowledge of PID drawing design
Organised and systematic
Good team player with an �easy to get on with� personality
Willingness to work flexible hours to meet peaks and troughs in work load
