Their knowledge, skills and experience in providing independent nuclear expertise and support to nuclear power-plant operators in many different countries, spans several decades. They have played a significant role as principal designer and constructor of the first and second generation UK civil nuclear power plants and today provide essential consultancy and operational support to nuclear power plants both in the UK, Canada and internationally.
They have successfully provided technical and engineering solutions to extend the life of their customers ageing nuclear power plants and as energy prices rise the need to improve the output from existing nuclear power plants and to make them more efficient is high on their customer's agenda. Our client is able to review and assess the current plant operations and provide the solutions to improve the plant efficiency.

They currently have an exciting opportunity to recruit a structural engineer on a permanent basis. You will be based in their office in Cheshire to work for their European operation. Candidates should have experience in the design of all materials and experience in the nuclear industry would be desirable.
Initially you will spend up to 2 years in North West France working for their client on a nucelar power station. On returning to the UK you will take a lead role within their UK operations.
Language skills would be preferred although not essential.
Excellent salary package + allowances.
