NES are working with one of the worlds leading engineering and development consultancies. They are an Australian based company with an international network of more than 20 subsidiary and associated companies and offices in 26 countries.

Established over 40 years ago and now employing approx 2,000 staff they deliver specialist consultancy services across a wide range of disciplines. They plan, design and manage projects to the highest professional standards.

Their core disciplines are Highways and Transportation Civil Infrastructure Power Water and Environment. The key services they provide are Design, Project Manager, Feasibility Studies, Construction Supervision and Asset Management.

They are currently recruiting for a number of Road Design Engineers to be based out of their Sydney office.

Positions range from Road Design and Drainage Design Engineers, (min. 5 years experience) Senior Road Design Engineers (min. 8years experience) and a Principal Road Design Engineer (min. 15 years experience).

You will have a have a solid design background in multi-lane dual carriageway road projects (including Bridges and Drainage design) A working knowledge of Australian and/or UK/US bridge design standards would also be preferred as well as a tertiary level qualification (e.g. B.Eng Civil Engineering). All roles will provide the opportunity to work closely with other teams e.g. Drainage, Environment & Planning, Geotechnical and Structures.
