Description
When customers turn the tap, it seems like such a simple process. That’s just how we like it, because it means we’re succeeding in one of the most complex, challenging and important jobs around – supplying almost two billion litres of high-quality drinking water every day. Join us and you’ll play a key role in ensuring the long-term success of our operation.
Part of our new Data Analysis team, you’ll produce key information on how our water production assets and maintenance teams are performing. It’s a vital role that will see you reporting on existing KPIs, as well as ensuring current and future maintenance programmes are optimised. In addition, it’ll be up to you to investigate the root causes of poor performance and recommend ways we can improve.
First and foremost, we’re looking for someone with experience in a maintenance planning role. As well as a sound understanding of statistical analysis techniques, you’ll have the ability to simplify data and present it clearly. It’s also essential that you’re a high-level communicator – you must have the ability to advise and influence regional managers.
Working for a FTSE 100 company, you can expect to receive a range of flexible benefits including 28 days’ holiday, sharesave and pension.
